“双减”政策下的家长焦虑与缓解
Parents' Anxiety and Relief Under the “Double Reduction” Policy

长期以来,家长过分重视子女的教育问题,易产生紧张、不安等焦虑情绪,即家长焦虑。“双减”政策实施后,大部分家长因孩子学习负担重而产生的焦虑得以缓解,但“一对一家教”“教育内卷”成为新的焦虑生长点。应试教育的存在与学习任务的减少成为一对不可调和的矛盾,也是导致家长焦虑的根源。而高考改革重“考什么”、轻“怎么考”的特点是造成这一矛盾的主要原因。只有从高考改革入手,革新高考命题技术、完善综合素质评价体系,在减少应试技巧的同时提高学生的综合素养,或能实现“双减”减负增质的效果,缓解家长焦虑。

Abstract: For a long time, parents pay too much attention to the education of their children, so it is easy to produce a kind of tension, anxiety and other emotions, namely parental anxiety. After the implementation of the “double reduction” policy, most parents' anxiety caused by their children's heavy learning burden can be alleviated, but “one-to-one tutor” and “education inside volume” become the new growing point of anxiety.The existence of exam-oriented education and the reduction of learning tasks become a pair of irreconcilable contradiction, which is also the root cause of parents' anxiety.The main reason for this contradiction is that the reform of college entrance examination focuses on “what to test” rather than “how to test”. Only starting from the reform of college entrance examination, one can reform the proposition technology of college entrance examination, improve the comprehensive quality evaluation system, and improve the comprehensive quality of students while reducing the test-taking skills, or one can realize the effect of “double reduction” to reduce the burden and improve the quality, and relieve the anxiety of parents.
