摘要：

近年来,社会工作以其专业性的契合,介入涉罪未成年人的帮教工作得到广泛的实践。随着实践的深入,实际帮教工作存在多种问题,如帮扶对象真实需求难以发现与满足、与委托方存在冲突、帮教效果难以界定与评估等。这些问题是由于服务购买方的各类限制与消极影响、社工与社工机构自身专业性与资源的不足等原因造成的。而完善服务监督与评估机制、加强社工专业技能培训并提高行业准入门槛等优化路径与措施,或能为青少年司法社工进一步发展提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: In recent years, social work has been widely practiced by its professional fit to intervene in the help and education of minors involved in crime. With the deepening of practice, there are many problems and predicaments in the actual teaching work, such as the real needs of the object are difficult to find and meet, there are conflicts with the client, and the effect of teaching is difficult to define and evaluate. These difficulties are caused by various restrictions and negative impacts of service buyers, the professionalism and insufficient resources of social workers and social work institutions. The optimization paths and measures such as improving the service supervision and evaluation mechanism, strengthening the professional skills training of social workers and raising the entry threshold of the industry may provide reference and consultation for the further development of juvenile judicial social workers.
