摘要：

"东突"问题是影响中国西部边疆安全稳定的重要问题。新中国成立后,"东突"问题的发展经历了三个不断发展变化的阶段,并且各个阶段呈现出不同的特征。"东突"问题的由来及发展演变离不开国际大环境及各种国际因素对其产生的影响。伊斯兰原教旨极端主义和民族分裂势力为"东突"问题的发展添加了助燃剂,国际恐怖主义为其增加了力量,而国际反华势力的支持增加了此问题的复杂性。

Abstract: The "East Turkistan" issue is a very important one which affects China's security and stability of the western border.Since New China was founded,"East Turkistan" issue has gone through three development stages,which stage presents different characteristics.The origin and evolution of "East Turkistan" issue is inseparable from the impact of the international environment and a variety of international factors.Islamic fundamentalism,extremism and national separatism are acted as accelerant for the development of "East Turkistan" issue;international terrorism has increased its power,and the support of international anti-China forces promoted the complexity of this problem.
