摘要：

市场经济的发展要求土地资源的市场化配置,当前我国农村土地流转不畅,影响了土地的产出效率以及农业产业化的发展。本文从产权角度探讨我国的土地流转制度;首先阐明土地流转的理论依据,然后对现阶段我国土地流转存在问题做了剖析,最后对完善我国农村土地产权提出对策建议。

Abstract: The development of market economy requires the marketization disposition of the rural land resource.The current rural land circulation in our country is not efficiency.This influences the production of the rural land.This article discusses the land circulation system in our country from the view of property right,and it expounds the theoretical basis of land circulation,then it analyzes the problems of current land circulation in our country,finally it makes suggestion for perfecting the rural land property right in our country.
